  Do not use this company! They took my money ($224) in May 2013 for a part. Despite them telling me on 3 separate occasions that it was ready to post and I would get a tracking number for the shipping, I have never received an item nor a tracking number.
  
  Eventually after many failed promises I asked for a refund in September 19th 2014. A friend in the States had to ring on my behalf to chase it up (I live in the UK) and I was promised not only a refund within 10-14 days, but also the part as well. Guess what? No refund and no part (it's now 22nd October). I'm taking legal action now.
