  I was looking forward to this dentistry convinced it would be a good experience, but instead I was shocked at how quickly I was disappointed.
  
  I came in for an ortho consultation and was very pleased with the place. I called again to make my appointment to proceed and sign the contract and get X-rays.
  
  Like most, I work full time so it's a bit difficult to schedule a time that works but I was so convinced I made sure I called off work early after setting my appointment.
  
  I arrived and there was no records of my appointment. So not only did I miss a few hours of work, when Jacob was called and questioned about the arrangement I was told he said "whoops, my bad".
  
  Completely unprofessional.
  
  If your employee is making such mistakes that are very costly to others, I believe saying "my bad" is horrible. The situation could have been handled a lot better. Yes, I was a bit irritated for leaving work early but I never disrespected the receptionist nor was I rude. If i worked there I would have apologized for my coworker's mistake. Instead, this woman gave attitude and seemed irritated while repeating her coworker's words over and over: "Too bad," "whoops" and "my bad."
  
  Honestly, I am disappointed but such mistakes show that there is little interest in a client's best interest. Therefore, I cannot recommend this place to anyone else.
