    Salesmen represent the dealer. We've all encountered the pushy shyster type salesmen and have grown immediately shut them down and just shop elsewhere. I walked into Malcolm Smith because of the great name he carries but was expecting the typical salesman to ask a ton of questions and push the sale, instead I was greeted and welcomed by Phil Downing who was just happy to answer any questions and simply say hello. That prompted me to ask all the questions and me to be the pushy guy that wanted the best deal without the BS. Phil just smiled and answered ever single question without getting antsy or tired. After determining what I needed/wanted he showed me some inventory that perfectly fit the bill which wasn’t quite ready for the floor just yet. I immediately fell in love with the bike and we worked out all the details and pricing. I decided to wait a few days to cool off in case I was just impulse shopping and Phil just followed up with no pressure. When I was ready they only gave me one additional pencil over what I told them I wanted to pay and it was a great deal without the back and forth... amazing! No BS, just a great deal. Phil and their managers truly represent the great name Malcolm Smith carries and made this a fantastic experience. Thank you Phil Downing.
