  Promised a device they provided would work like the device I needed. Mike deliberately lied to me and gave me a device that would harm me if I used it and he refused to return it even though it wasn't appropriate for me. He failed to abide by the Medicare guidelines and was removed as a dme provider for my plan. After all this, he sent me a bill for a device I can't use. This is a fraudulent company that doesn't care about the needs of its customers.
