Quick and easy. Through check of under hood fluids and lights for proper operation. Not very pushy at all on the extras but they do take the time to check and show you things like a dirty air filter. Hopefully it is not just because I'm a man, but they don't seem like they would be pushy with a woman. They simply give you a recommendation on their more expensive services but I never felt like I was being forced to go for the up-sell. I have also gotten a differential fluid change here. No leakage to date more than a year after and no problems with my differential. Reading more about complaints here. I'm more than capable of doing my own vehicle maintenance but sometimes free time is hard to come by. I do know what a dirty air filter looks like and the only time they tried to sell me one was when it was the one in my company truck. It was beyond filthy. $xx Whatever your air filter quote is not just for the air filter it also includes the labor costs to install it. This is a business like any other business we spend our money at. Businesses are here to be profitable so it find it hard to understand that people expect the same prices as if they were doing the work themselves. Shame. Even at a dealership there is a labor charge for an oil change. I will continue to be a patron at this local business for both my company truck and personal truck.
